Description

This PR update autobalance_model.epJSON to radiant_residential_building.epJSON. Some minor updates included in changelog.

Changelog:

• Rename autobalance building.
• Created functionality to consult all Sinergym available IDs and an example script in scripts/consult_environment.py.
• Update environment list configuration using this functionality (Table was too much large).
