[Enhancement]: Update EnergyPlus simulation Engine to the last version #430

Improvement 🔧

Maintenance task, it is desirable Sinergym compatibility with the latest version of EnergyPlus available (currently v24.1.0). Sinergym is compatible with EnergyPlusv23.1.0 in its current version.
