Always listening feature #27

We wish to add always listing feature just like 'Ok Google' or 'Hey Siri'. A service will always run in the background and get activated on listing a specific word or phrase e.g Hey Groot and can be trained to work for any phase. Once activated open up Groot.

There are some third party libraries that can do the job but we wish to try creating the models on our own.
