Not compatible with Device Capabilities app #2

For unknown reason, DC flow card lists nothing - could be unrelated issue...

Works now - "Device class" dropdown list appears, eventually. It might require a lot of time to populate in the background? Anyway, our PCC devices is the "thermostat" device class.
