Quick Help #29

Under Help we should add a new menu item (first one of the three under this 
menu) named "Quick Help" which displays some quick initial help to get started.

File | Samples | <sample file>: load a sample model from file in SBGN-ML
File | Load: load a model from file in SBGN-ML
Hover a node: full label of the node
Double-click a node: detailed properties of a macromolecule or nucleic acid 
feature from BioGene

Could re-use About box (similar look-and-feel) for this purpose
