Make sure it's accessed from Help > How to Use as well.

The document is now revised. It is under ~ivis/SBGNVis.as/doc/. The pdf version 
to be accessed from Help > How is 
~ivis/public_html/sbgnviz-as/SBGNViz.as-1.0.UG.pdf. Please change the hyperlink.
