Proportion of graph and stat ranges set in application description file #307

Graph range is a constant proportion of the stat range which is hard coded. Let's allow the user set this from the application description file. We might want to put some min & max bounds (0.1 & 0.5?) on this proportion though to prevent errors.

I set the min & max bounds to 0.2 and 0.8. It was fine on this range in my PC.
