Resetting to defaults for all settings #346

We need a mechanism to reset to default values for all settings. It might better to do this for each part of the settings (one for General Settings, one for Timebar Settings). We should do it in such a way that each newly added setting automatically gets this functionality!

Since the second Default button does not apply to Timebar statistics, let's put it before the sub-tab Configure Statistics.
None of the radio buttons under General sub-tab reset to default when clicking on Default.

Both problems are fixed thanks but I noticed an alignment problem:

I think it's best if the General settings are indented as much as Statistics ones (to save some space as space is tight).
