Select all nodes in the component of "Fred Astaire"
Hide Selected. Notice how these nodes are shown back highlighted after first getting hidden.

Start Visuall
Disable timebar if enabled
Sample data
Select all nodes in the component of "Fred Astaire"
Hide Selected. Hidden nodes now do stay hidden but layout is not updated (when timebar is enabled it's updated. when you do it again, independent of timebar setting, it works fine this time. so only the first this is done after launching Visuall)
