Expand/collapse changes graph range to all range in timebar #372

When I restrict the time to a certain range via timebar and then expand or collapse a group/compound, the timebar range is set to maximum range. It should stay as is but hide anything that becomes visible but not in the current time range.

There is a setting called "Maintain graph range on topology changes". If it is checked, the timebar range should stay as it is. Otherwise, we show entire range if a new element is added or removed. Expanding and collapsing are adding elements to cy
