Start with default values (no user profile stored), and then:

Enable timebar
Sample data
Show neighbors of any node Notice how the neighbors are first highlighted but then the highlight is lost! This does not happen when timebar is not enabled. We seem to have many similar issues when timebar is enabled. Maybe we should revisit the way we do this?

Usually, we disabled the timebar. Managing complexity with the timebar is hard because of this. We can write tests for these.
