I'm not sure whether this is a Visuall or CiSE bug, but it may be good to check from Visuall side first.

To reproduce:

Load sample data
Group nodes with either Markov or Louvain clustering in circle mode
Select and delete any three of the four components (It doesn't occur when one or two of them are deleted)
It gives error during layout

This might be because Visuall gives the old cluster's data for layout.
