Implements #48
Adds automatic robots.txt creation as well
Fixes the dependencies (current library uses old .net core references that are marked by Microsoft with critical vulnerabilities)
Removes unnecessary dependencies
Also addresses what was mentioned in #44 due to it's built in multi-targeting nuget updates

Nice clean dependency list now:

Ok, haven't received any feedback on this. Will publish a fork of this to nuget if that's OK.
