elapi get, post and patch are missing proper URL support #18

!31 enables proper eLabFTW URL support. However, elapi get, elapi post, and elapi patch still don't have support for full URL. Mentioned by Alexander.

Yup post and patch are commands are pretty much broken due to new changes.
