Endpoint ID and sub-endpoint ID allows underscores #26

Endpoint ID (--id) and sub-endpoint ID (--sub-id) shouldn't allow underscores. So far, eLabFTW doesn't give any type of primary ID that contains underscores. Only integers and alphabets (the ID me).
