INFO message for creating new directory every time can be annoying #36

When we are creating a lot of new directories with ProperPath's create method, the continuous default INFO message Directory PATH=<path> could not be found. An attempt to create directory <path> will be made. can be annoying, as I have just found out while I was creating examples for the HeFDI workshop.
