Merges refactor-configuration -> dev

Add custom ConfigHistory container

• Remove manipulation of configuration history that requires knowing about configuration fields beforehand. Configuration history is meant to be modified if necessary from src/config.py.
• Rename methods
• Update exception message
• Apply Black formatting
