Add qqZZ sample for HIG-PODAS exercise #17

@bonanomi Is this PR still desired / alive, or did the POG exercise use your fork in the end?

Just to comment: The PODAS exercise used this specific branch in the end.

Nevertheless, since we want to repurpose the exercise for the columnflow demo, it might be interesting to merge these samples into cmsdb so we can always use the latest and greatest version in the demo. What do you think?

Hi @riga , as mentioned by @pkausw we used this sample for the PODAS exercise. I am not sure if this qqZZ sample is going to be used by anyone else except for the HZZ4L example, but as @pkausw suggests, maybe this can be merged to make sure that we always use the latest greatest sample.
