rename and reorganize HH processes #47

Renaming:

ggHH --> hh_ggf
qqHH --> hh_vbf
CV_ --> kv
C2V_ --> k2v
kl_ --> kl
kt_ -> kt
qqlnu_hbbhvv --> hbb_hvvqqlnu
2l2nu_hbbhvv --> hbb_hvv2l2nu

Also, the HH->bbVV processes were re-created using the add_decay_process function

Hi @nprouvost, I decided against sl, dl, fh because I wanted to have consistent names between bbVV, bbWW, and bbZZ. This is also the reason to choose 2l2nu instead of llnunu for ZZ and lnulnu for WW. For qqlnu on the other hand, this is always WW->qqlnu and therefore I have a minor preference for qqlnu over 2qlnu.
