Add UL17 `nano_v9` as main QCD samples. Keep existing v2 with suffix. #9

This PR replaces the main series of HT-binned QCD samples with the corresponding ones from the NanoAODv9 campaign, while keeping the existing ones under a modified name.

The reason for this change is consistency with the other samples in this campaign. The QCD samples currently registered under nano_v9 are actually from another campaign and consequently lack some information (e.g. the BadPFMuonDzFilter).

Indeed, I added @mafrahm as a reviewer so he can have a look. Just in case this is relevant, I checked the other open PR #8 that adds the lepton-enriched QCD processes and datasets and there doesn't seem to be any overlap with this one.
