As a preservation administrator, after exporting a partial project SIP, I would like to return to the selection tab in the same project and check/uncheck items to create another SIP from the remaining items that have files assigned.

This is a must-have feature, to accommodate placing pm ARKs in descriptive metadata while also working within Archivematica's indexing limitations.
