Add suffix passthrough (SPT) that will allow the addition of a suffix at the end of a ark identifier that will be added to the end of the target "where" url.
ark:/1234/do34x45fe4/location/4/item/12/thumbnail.jpg
/location/4/item/12/thumbnail.jpg will be appended to the target "where" url: http://example.com/location/4/item/12/thumbnail.jpg if where url was http://example.com
