9 months ago - Addresses logic in the shape script which means that datasets with shapes that fail to convert to distance matrices cause the downstream analysis to fail necessarily
- Remove the legacy code in the script where the idx mapper was hardcoded for bbc010
- Added logging and general clean up while I'm here
