how to input phone number like 0218882282 or maybe with dash 021-8882282 i don't need the country code

Unfortunately this module will not help you. It is not aiming for solving problems with various string format. It is to help with standard numbers (problems with localities, separators). Im sorry of that. If I could I would like to help you.
