As per the tile, the app fails on first run...

More details are needed to reproduce this:

App version
Android version
Custom Rom?
Installed form Google Play? Other way?
What are the exaction conditions to reproduce this
Video or screenshots I expect that the OBB files are missing. Maybe they have been removed or have never been downloaded. They are downloaded again form GooglePlay if missing at app start. Download the app from GooglePlay again and do not use a custom rom. If not downloaded form GooglePlay install the OBB file manually.

At least this means you have a problem with your GooglePlay account. In the new beta version a message box with a GooglePlay hin should appear.
