Marginally bound and stable radius and specific angular momentum for q metric #25

Give (at least numercally) the marginally bound and stable radius as well as the limits for the specific angular momentum for the q metric for given value of q. Also document (somewhere, at least) the formulas and computations of that.

Documentation done in docs. Limits of the specific angular momentum should be calculated elsewhere, this is no core compenetence of this piece of coding. Thus, closing this issue,.
