Inverse effective potential for Erez-Rosen metric #4

For the next feature, implement the inverse effective potential for the Q metric Also, give theoretical analysis in BoyerLindquist coordinates

There is, as far as I know, no analytical way to compute the inverse effective potential, or polar dependency, so to speak. Thus, this issue is discarded, to solve for someone smarter than current me.
