UpDating to RC5 #9

Updated to use RC5

Thanks @christopherthielen, I remove all the necessary deps and change the code to remove these changes. Sorry for the mishap but I did copy my package to package and my app.module from the demo just to get it out there. It should be cleaned up now. Next I will try to get the LazyLoading working
