fix(#47): prevents duplicate entries in eslintrc #48
This should fix #47. I removed the lines that were causing the duplicates in the ._eslintrc file and moved the jsdoc dev dependency accordingly. Ran the generator locally and it looked ok to me with and without the "codeassist"-option.
