Add license (incl. OSI-approved) #2

Currently the package.json of the project points to the Beerware license. To include already existing feedback (https://github.com/ui5-community/ui5-cc-md/issues/2) and just to serve as good example we should think about dual-licensing it. And of course create a LICENSE file.

+1 - make it dual-licensed, just like https://github.com/petermuessig/ui5-ecosystem-showcase/blob/master/LICENSE Apache 2.0 + beerware
