Since we are getting the UCINet ID, we can passively get information on them by making a request to the campus directory. That way we won't need to ask them the year, major and stuff like that.
If the campus directory request fails, or if the user is private or for some reason doesn't exist, then we can ask for that information in like the account settings or something.
