Forms file.trjpk and molsysmt.TrajectoryDict added to pass all tests #77

Description

Some tests were skipped due to the lack of some forms: file.trjpk and molsysmt.TrajectoryDict. These forms were added and tests were reviewed. In addition, the GitHub Actions invoked by MolSysMT GitHub workflows were upgraded.
