3D Double Well Trajectory #1

The first exercise will be studying a particle in a double well potential. To do this, the first step is producing trajectories of the Langevin dynamics of this system. A jupyter notebook and a pythons script need to be implemented.

Let's include this as one of the tasks defining the milestone (or the tag) 0.0.1.

All tests and work done in this first stage with the double-well potential will be located in a particular directory. In addition, all these tasks and implementations will define milestone 0.1.0.
