Removing UIBCDF_stdlib from dependencies

Description

Some auxiliary methods were added to the dir _private_tools to avoid importing UIBCDF_stdlib.

Todos

The auxiliary methods need to be reviewed or removed in the future:

• File colors.py
• File input_arguments.py
• Two exceptions (commented in the exceptions.py file)
