What is a good way to generate Pharmacophores for a database ?

I want to generate Pharmacophore database for VLS , can you point me the right script ?

We are developing a set of tutorials that we will include in the documentation soon. The library, although with a good structure already, it is still in progress. We are indeed in the process to upload to our conda channel the first testing package.

At this very moment we would like to suggest to you two things:

• We can leave the issue open to let you know whenever the tutorials are ready.
• You can share with us some details about your workflow to see if the library can already help.

This former option would be very useful for project development. At this point, your participation as a beta-user is more than welcome.
