Description

Proteins and other molecules can be displayed as interactive widgets on the documentation. This is accomplished by saving the underlying nglview widget to an html file.

Note: Pharmacophores can not be shown as interactive widgets as nglview throws an exception when trying to save a view to html that contains shapes.
