autopopulate CreatedOn, ModifiedOn, and EditedBy fields
Facility ZIP - autopopulated once the facility polygon has been defined. this ZIP is not the mailing ZIP but the location of the facility within a ZIP polygon. I expect there will be instances where a facility polygon will lie within several ZIP polygons. In that case, maybe a feature where we can select the most appropriate one.
