GUID not generated when adding record in UICFacility associated table #23

After a UICFacility record is created, I try to create a record in an associated standalone table for example UICInspection. I can create the record in the UICInspection table but the GUID in that table remains 'null.

The GUID is created but I get the following: 'Violated Attribute contraint rule. Rule Name: Contraint.BothFKs, triggering event: Update......' I will check to see if this is captured by another issue, if not I will create one.
