Inspection tbl; constraint AR InspectionDeficiency #45

This AR does not trigger the error message reminding editor to add a Correction record when InspectionDeficiency is anything other than No Deficiency or Deficiency Not Observed. I think this may be better handled as a query in the Add-In: 'Find Inspection Deficiency without Correction record.'
