Enforcement Validations query set; one query #49

logged in as UICADMIN; editing UIC_QA version. Enforcement Validation query locks up Pro. To make sure that other versions were not interfering with this query, I deleted all other maps to which I added versioned data for BAriotti and RParker. The only map in the project I tested this query only had versioned data owned by UICAdmin. Evidently, the version issue wasn't a problem as the query still locked PRo.
