I was wrong about this field only being the WellClass. According to the info Valois sent Class I wells must report the WellSubClass as follows: Our WellSubClass coded value of '1001' and '1003' should be reported as '1H'; '1000' as '1I'; '1002' as '1M' Coded value of '1999' is a catch all code so we are not going to worry about that now.
Class 3, 4, and 5 wells should be reported only with their WellClass NOT their WellSubClass.
