It looks like the email notification for submitted inventories may not be functioning. We received two submitted inventories through the production app (https://uic-inventory.deq.utah.gov/) on 6/24/2024 and 6/26/2024, for example:

However, it looks like the email notification did not go through for either of these submissions.
I did a test submission in the production app on 6/21/2024 and did receive an email notification, so it looks like this issue may have started to occur sometime between 6/21 and 6/24.
