Miro page

This is the first page the user encounters either after they have proceeded through the Site creation steps/pages, or when they add a new inventory to an existing Site. It includes:

Site name (already defined) UICFacility.FacilityName
UIC inventory form order number (and link for instructions on how to pay the fee) UICAuthorization.OrderNumber
Select well subclass type UICWell.WellSubClass UICWellSubclassDomain, the options are:

Selection	Domain code	Domain description
General	(none)	(none)
Storm water drainage wells	5047	Storm Water Drainage
Subsurface environmental remediation wells	5002	Subsurface Environmental Remediation
UIC-Regulated large underground wastewater disposal system	5101	Septic System
Veterinary, kennel, or pet grooming wastewater disposal system	5026	Industrial Process - Veterinary/Kennel/Grooming

The General selection will be defined by Admin upon review and authorization of the well inventory
