Annotations only displayed after edit #32

Until a file is edited, the annotations in the left margin are not displayed.

This is a regression. Again.

Change reporting for JavaPadDocuments to use marker deltas instead of compiler problems, and extend to generic PadDocuments. Then provide an ANNOTATIONS_REQUEST message that returns markers on the resource. (maxg on 2010-08-02)

Or a hack approach: cache last ANNOTATIONS messages and implement ANNOTATIONS_REQUEST by replaying them. (maxg on 2011-09-27)
