Contrib includes spurious changes when pad did not exist during timeframe #65

E.g. contrib includes changes to a pad that did not exist during the requested timeframe.

Contrib also includes all files edited by the user, even if they have no changes during the timeframe.

Still includes files with no changes, but incorrect changes are gone.
