Text occasionally extends outside nodes #1

Text sometimes extends outside nodes, or overlaps with node borders, as in the following screenshot:

f1d2efa has a workaround that multiplies all node widths by 1.5. Investigate whether this is a sufficient fix, or whether there are better fixes.

Resolved: object names are now smaller and appropriately centered within the node.
