Web App: "Copy URL" functionality to export diagrams #8

After the user draws a diagram, they should be presented with the option to copy a direct URL to the diagram they created.

Visiting this URL should load in the diagram the user drew.

These links will be generated directly from the corresponding Snapdown text, and thus will not expire.
