CSS Alignment Inconsistencies #155

The following alignment changes should be made:

"Users Listing" link on the admin tools page should be aligned to the left
"FINGERING HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED." and "FINGERING HAS BEEN APPROVED." headings on the show/search_results fingerings pages should be aligned to the left of the table row.
"Submit" and "Cancel" buttons on the Add Fingering page are aligned center while they should be aligned left (as is consistent with the buttons on all the other pages).

Going to assign to Pierce for now since he is more familiar with the css stuff.
