@owikle @evanwill @dcnb this collection is ready for review:

[x] lcheritage, Latah County Heritage Collection

Notes:

[x] I could not get items to populate on the map, nor are the locations showing up on the home page of the site
[x] the "rights" card is not showing up on item pages

@kitstokes there were a lot of missing fields for some reason? Rights card won't show up if there is no rights field, and that got deleted. Lat and long were deleted too. I added everything back in, and it looks good, it's live now. Nice work!
