main branch protection rule #131

@owikle @dcnb I added a branch protection rule to main branch, which I believe makes it so only administrators can directly push to or merge PRs to the main branch. PRs will require a review from us as "code owners". If this ends up causing hassles we can revisit the rules in Settings > Branches
